The show you uploaded was the thirteens, and last, 'Fireball Fun-for-all', aired on Oct. 27, 1949.
Every kinescope from the 40's is a priceless gem. Thanks for sharing this one with us.
'TV4U.com' has an episode from July 5th, 1949 on its website.

Thanks for the info!

It seems that the three shows this episode competed against also survive:
"Crusade in Europe" episode from that date is held by Paley Center for Media;
"The Morey Amsterdam Show" episode from that date is held by UCLA Film and Television Archive;
"The Ed Wynn Show" episode from October 27 1949 possibly also exists.
